Find Doctor

Match with a clinician who fits your needs

Choosing a physician is personal. Some members want a doctor who specializes in complex medication lists; others prioritize evening availability or experience with adolescent transitions. helptroutsteak Healthcare publishes profiles for every attending physician so you can compare focus areas, languages spoken, and typical visit formats before you book.

Each doctor below participates in shared case conferences and uses the same electronic record. That means if you see Dr. Wen for family care and later need Dr. Nair’s cardiology liaison input, your history is already consolidated. You never need to carry binders of paper unless you prefer to.

Not sure where to start? Use the appointment form on this page to describe your situation. A care navigator will suggest two clinicians who accept new members and explain how soon each can meet you.

What to consider

Think about visit frequency, preferred communication channel, and whether you want coaching support bundled with medical visits. Coaches are not replacements for physicians, but they help translate plans into daily routines—meal timing, inhaler schedules, or sleep hygiene after night shifts.

Pediatric members should note which physicians precept with Dr. Hassan Ali for adolescent handoffs. Women's wellness visits may pair with Dr. Lena Cho even if your primary doctor is another colleague, thanks to internal referrals that stay inside our system.

After you choose

Once you select a clinician, complete the appointment form with your goals for the first three months. Bring recent labs or imaging discs if available; our front desk can import them before the visit. If you are transferring from another clinic, sign a release during intake and we will request records on your behalf.

Members who need language assistance should note it in the message field so we can arrange interpretation without delaying clinical time. Same-week slots release every morning at eight o'clock local clinic time.

Team-based care

Even when you choose a named physician, nurses and coaches remain part of your team. Secure messages may be answered by a nurse who loops in your doctor when prescriptions or imaging orders are required. This model reduces bottlenecks while keeping accountability clear in the chart.

Dr. Falk supports imaging decisions across the group; Dr. Nair advises on cardiac risk without replacing your primary clinician. Understanding these roles prevents duplicate testing and speeds up authorization when external centers require recent notes.

Accessibility and comfort

Exam rooms include adjustable lighting, seating for companions, and space for mobility devices. If you need a longer slot because of cognitive processing time or translation, request it when booking— we reserve extended blocks daily.

Teen members may choose whether a caregiver joins portions of a visit. We document confidentiality preferences so front desk staff greet you appropriately at each arrival.
