Standalone visits remain available for members who prefer fee-for-service options. A single primary visit is $78. Chronic coaching intensives spanning four weeks are $120. Women's wellness packages combining consult and onsite screening start at $140.

Published lab bundles—metabolic panel, thyroid screen, and vitamin D—are priced at $55, $42, and $38 respectively when collected in our clinic. Imaging referrals include a written estimate before scheduling with partner centers.

Billing practices

Statements list clinician time, supplies, and third-party fees on separate lines. Payment plans are available for balances over $200 upon request. Financial counselors can explain sliding scales for selected preventive programs listed above.

Complete fits chronic conditions that benefit from monthly touchpoints and priority scheduling. Family Plus covers households juggling pediatric milestones and adult follow-ups under one statement.

You may switch tiers during quarterly windows; downgrades take effect at the next cycle so current visit packages remain available. Pauses for extended travel are granted once per year with written notice.

Employer and group options

Small employers may sponsor Complete memberships for staff with aggregated reporting on utilization and satisfaction— never individual diagnoses. Group onboarding includes lunch sessions about portal setup and preventive benefits.

Questions about charges

If a statement disagrees with the published price list, email billing through the contact page with the visit date and service name. We investigate within five business days and issue corrected statements when coding errors occur.

Membership renewals trigger email reminders fourteen days before the charge date. You may downgrade or cancel before renewal; access continues through the paid period without penalty when notice arrives on time.

Unused visit credits from Essential tier do not roll indefinitely— check your portal for expiration dates and book before they lapse.
